In January 2010, the Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) in collaboration with the Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) and Monitor Group organized a 2-day closed-door workshop titled “Starving Tigers? – Impact of Climate Change in South East Asia”. The event brought together constituencies from across science, policy and business to discuss challenges arising from climate change for the region and develop regional impact scenarios 2050.

The brochure presents synopses of the presentations given as well as the scenarios that emerged. This is our first publication and we hope you find it useful and thought provoking. We very much thank the presenters and participants for their contributions.
